This fall, I am heading out on a recon trip through the wild beauty of Labyrinth Canyon on the Green River in Utah. Fellow Guide and friend (Cate) and I are intentionally dreaming and planning a 2026 guided canoe journey—an immersive offering of adventure, connection, and community.

This will be a rite of passage journey- of intention, presence, listening deeply, and honoring both yourself and the land we travel through.

Imagine drifting through red rock canyons, camping under star-filled skies, and letting the river’s rhythm remind you what it means to live fully.
