A JOURNEY THROUGH:
Honoring Grief and Self
-Are there things you never got to say, words still waiting inside you?
-Do you carry grief that feels too big or too quiet—to share?
-Are you longing for a space to express your sorrow, but unsure where to begin?
-Has your grief been tucked away, asking gently (or loudly) to be seen?
-Do you feel the weight of loss but don’t have the words to name it?
-Is your heart asking for a pause—a place to reflect, release, and remember?
-Have you been walking with grief alone, longing for a space to witness and be witnessed?
-Are you ready to honor your own journey, just as it is, with tenderness and truth?
Writing is a way to honor
the sacred,
messy,
and real process of grieving.
WHY WRITING
‘THROUGH’ GRIEF?
Writing can be a powerful companion through grief—a way to give voice to what feels unspeakable, to name and honor what has been lost, and to stay present with the changing tides of emotion.
Through guided poetry and prompts, and gentle reflection, Inner Landscapes Writing offers a safe space to explore sorrow, memory, and meaning.
This practice invites participants to reconnect with themselves, witness each other’s stories, and find beauty and resilience in the process of grieving.
WE AREN’T MEANT TO GRIEVE ALONE.
WE NEED COMMUNITY.
