Liquid Yin is a slow, breath-centered practice that blends hatha and yin yoga. You’ll move through gentle, fluid transitions at times, and settle into longer-held shapes at others, creating a rhythm between soft flow and stillness. Rather than holding poses rigidly, you’ll be invited to explore intuitive movement within each shape; adjusting, softening, or pausing as your body guides you. This class offers a grounding, meditative experience that supports release, awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself.
