My art reflects life, and it is woven into everything I do—Whether I’m working as a life coach, painting, writing, guiding a wilderness expedition, or holding space for a workshop or group, there is always an invitation into deeper presence.

SUMMER 2025: Mount St. Helens Institute - Artist in Residence
I’m thrilled to share
that I was honored with
the opportunity to serve as an
ARTIST in RESIDENCE
at Mount St. Helens
National Volcanic Monument
July 31-August 9th, 2025
Thank you to Mount St. Helens Institute,
the U.S. Forest Service,
and to the GeoGirls and the
Science and Learning Center at Coldwater
Creating in the powerful and ever-evolving landscape of Mount St. Helens was a deep honor and a natural extension of my life’s work.
As an Artist, Empowerment Coach, Educator, Outdoor Adventurer,
Community Builder, and Rites of Passage Guide, my work is rooted in transformation, connection, and presence.
My mission is to empower and inspire people to connect with the wisdom of nature—both within themselves and in the living world around them. The Mount St. Helens Science and Learning Center also shares a similar mission- to connect people with nature through science, the arts, and adventure recreation, making this a perfect fit!
I also had the joy of participating in Mount St. Helens Institute’s inspiring GeoGirls program, which connects middle school girls with science, mentorship, and the natural world.
What a gift it was to live in the rhythms of the landscape-
and to create works and communities that invite curiosity, healing,
and lasting care for our Earth.
