Returning from the River

I’ve just returned from a self-guided 45 mile/8-day deep wilderness canoe expedition in Labyrinth Canyon, Utah — a journey of stillness, beauty, challenge, and deep reflection. The landscape and river, as always, were both mirrors and teachers — reminding me to slow down, listen, and trust the flow.

For over thirty years, I’ve guided others in education, leadership, and transformation — helping people connect with creativity, nature, and their inner landscapes.

My work now weaves together creativity, community building, coaching, and wilderness immersion — all in service of helping others remember who they are and what truly matters.

Next year, I’ll be guiding a women’s program in Labyrinth Canyon — an experience for those ready to drop into the vast landscape of the canyon and the deeper landscape of their own lives.

It’s for women longing to listen to what’s calling them, to be held in community, and to reconnect with the wisdom that the natural world so generously offers.

You are invited to join me.
